1. How do I shop online?

Find a product you'd like to buy. The categories are listed on the navigation bar down the left hand side of each page. ie vibrators, silicone &  glass dildos, lingerie etc.

To add an item to your order, select any sizing and colour options and then click the add to cart  button. The item is added to your shopping cart. You can change the quantities or remove items from your order (by changing the quantity to 0) at any time. You can view what is in your cart at any stage, as it appears in the shopping cart box on top right hand side of each page you are on.

When you're ready to buy the items in your shopping cart, click the Go to checkout button on your shopping cart. This will take you through to a page that takes you through 4 easy steps.

  1. Verify my order - to check over the order and make sure you have what you want
  2. Shipping information - where you want it sent to
  3. Review & place order - where you enter your payment details
  4. Receipt- you can print this out

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details, and we will send your order.

2. What is the shopping cart?

Just as in 'real life' shopping, you collect items you wish to purchase by putting them in the cart. The cart remembers the number and price of the items you add to your order. When you are ready to purchase them just click on the Go to checkout button 

Your shopping cart lists the items that you've selected so far. You can remove items, alter quantites or empty your cart.

3. What about if I want to change my order?

If you want to change the quantities in your cart just select the new quantities from the drop-down list next to the item. The maximum number on the drop-down depends on how many of the item that we have in stock. You can remove items from your cart by changing the quantity to 0.

4. How do I get to the checkout?

When you are ready to make an online purchase click the 'View my order' link at the top of any page. This will display the contents of your shopping cart. Correct any quantities, and then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button to complete your purchase. This will take you through to a page that collects delivery instructions before transferring you to the secure server where you enter your payment details. To cancel an order, simply empty your shopping cart.

5. How can I pay for my order? What if I don't want to pay online?

We offer several payment options:

Credit card over the internet

You can use a credit card to pay online. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To find out more about the online shopping process and about credit card security click here.

Credit Card by fax or post

Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the 'View my order' link at the top of any page. Click on the 'Proceed to checkout' link and enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges and a $2.00 processing fee.

Choose 'Credit card by post or fax' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click 'Proceed to Payment'. Print the order form, fill in your Credit Card details and fax or post the order to us. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

NOTE: Please don't use email to send your credit card details. Email is not a secure way of communicating with us. Our secure link using encryption technology is the safer way to buy using the internet, to find out more about security over the internet click here.

Direct Debit or bank transfer

To pay for your order by direct debit or bank transfer, you'll need to transfer your purchase amount to our bank.

Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the 'View my order' link at the top of any page. Click on the 'Proceed to checkout' link and enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges and a $2.00 processing fee. Choose 'Direct Debit/Bank Transfer' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be presented with an order form that should be printed. The order form contains our bank details and explains how you should make payment. It also contains your order number which should be referenced when you make the transfer. We will also email you the details of your order and you can print the email as the order form if you like.

Cheque, bank cheque or money order

To pay for your order by personal cheque, bank cheque or money order you'll need to print off an order form, fill it in and send it to us.

Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the 'View my order' link at the top of any page. Click on the 'Proceed to checkout' link and enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges and a $2.00 processing fee. Choose 'Cheque/Bank Cheque/Money Order' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be presented with an order form that should be printed. Post us the order form including your cheque or money order. We will also email you the details of your order and you can print the email as the order form if you like.

Cash

To pay for your order by cash, you'll need to print off an order form, fill it in and send it to us.Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you've finished click the 'View my order' link at the top of any page. Click on the 'Proceed to checkout' link and enter your deliver details and your order will be totalled up for you including delivery charges and a $2.00 processing fee. Choose 'Cash' from the Payment Methods drop down box and click 'Proceed to Payment'. You will be presented with an order form that should be printed. Post us the order form including your cash. We will also email you the details of your order and you can print the email as the order form if you like.

NOTE: D.VICE does not recommend posting cash as we do not accept responsibility for cash that is lost in the post.

6. How long will it take to get my order?

We'll do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped via standard airmail. Your order should arrive in 3-5 working days for New Zealand or Australian orders and within 21 days for international orders.

7. How will I know if something is in stock?

Because we manufacture many of our products we can be sure most of them will be in stock. Generally if a product is out of stock it will not be listed on the website. Where your first preference for colour can not be supplied, we will contact you with another colour choice. If we are unable to get hold of you within 3 working days we will send out the nearest colour option. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order immediately we will email you.

8. How do I know my credit card details are safe?

We have done everything currently possible to ensure your personal details travel safely and securely across the internet. Our online store uses SSL encryption technology to safeguard your information.

9. What happens to my credit card number after it's been used?

D.VICE uses DPS (direct payment solutions) for all our secure online credit card processing. DPS does secure credit card processing for airlines and many other companies and is a specialist in this field. When you enter your credit card details inot the payment field, they are encrypted, processed, and we never actually see you credit card details, though we do receive the payment, and a notification that the payment was sucessful.

After the transaction, your credit card details are not held by DPS or us and cannot be accessed by anyone else.

10. Will you pass on my information to other people?

No. we think your privacy is very important and will not pass your details on to anyone else. That's a promise.

12. What if something goes wrong?

If you order over the internet, we'll send you a confirmation email when we receive your order. So if there are any problems at our end, we'll be in touch with you.
