English made? Well mine said Taiwan hahaha :-) Don't let that deter you. It's nice, light, aesthetic and can be very gentle in the right hands or leave a nice sting and pink mark with a satisfying whoosh and crack without too much pain.

Lovely product, stiff and whippy at the same time, makes a lovely noise without too much sting, the sting ( so I'm told by she) is very nice too. Lovely noise when you smack it against your legs to amplify those little order. Well done
