Tried it quite a number of times as recommended (improves with use) & tried a whole heap of the recommended positions in the booklet just to be sure we're not missing something. We used lots of lube each time. From a male perspective, regardless of position I found it added absolutely nothing. In doggie style position it gave the least interference with penetration & thrusting, but still no measurable pleasure enhancement for me. (bit like rubbing the pad of your thumb back & forth on a smooth surface) In the female on top positions the "rounded" curved section pressed & chaffed into my shaft & the "flattened" internal section chaffed the side of my tip (ouch!!). My partner did however enjoy the solo experience of the dual internal vibration on her G spot & external vibration on her clit which gave her great orgasms. When she became aware of the issues I was having, it turned her off. Doubt we'll be using it again for "dual partner pleasure". Too expensive to bin so we'll experiment, find a use for it.
